Pre-Development: Site evaluation, utility research, topography, sub-surface soil investigation, schematic site planning, preliminary cost estimates.
Pre-Construction: ForeSite value engineering reports, clearing and erosion control planning, site preparation and documentation.
Construction: Earth moving, GPS-controlled equipment, underground utility construction, soil stabilization, roads and parking lots, as-built surveys and extended warranties.

Steve Stewart, P.E., Director of Pre Construction, consults with customers in the earliest planning stages. Steve concentrates on gaining insight into specific needs and the challenges facing your projects. Then he delivers expertise on meeting those needs and challenges in each of phase of your project.
Troy Norvell, Vice President of Operations, oversees all operations and has been instrumental in building the no nonsense-get the job done culture we are so proud of. Troy is the guy who makes the rubber meet the road.
Kevin Weckel, Chief Estimator, is your first resource when you need a bid. He oversees a staff of experienced professionals who have over 100 collective years of experience that helps contain costs and reduce risk
